Document Management
Cybercrime and online data breaches may grab the headlines, but many sensitive and confidential documents are maintained as hard copies. Roicom and ReadyOne provide ISO 9001 certified document management services for public sector organizations and private sector corporations alike. We work with clients of all sizes, located in and around El Paso, Texas and the southern New Mexico region.
Document Security
We provide climate controlled, secure document storage for your company’s documents, making them available to you when you need them. You can even track your documents online, in real time. Our document transport service is conducted through GPS-tracked marked vehicles and uniformed staff, all of whom must pass strict background checks. We have 24/7 video surveillance of our facilities and maintain recordings for at least 90 days.
Document Destruction
Document destruction is carried out in a facility that has been certified “AAA” by the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID – http://www.naidonline.org). We also provide intermingled shredding of documents, optical media, small electronics, and large format plans that meet and exceed Classified Document Destruction standards set by the National Security Agency (NSA). Our specific document destruction services are listed below:
