Our Board of Directors
The active and engaged board members of Roicom bring a diverse set of skills to the table from service in both the public and private sectors. Robert Rockey, former president of Levi Strauss and Co serves as chairman of the board. Other board members include Carmen Arrieta-Candelaria, CPA, CGFM, Deputy Superintendent for Finance and Operations for the El Paso Independent School District (EPISD), Marina Ardovino, co-owner and Vice President of Ardovino’s Desert Crossing and Eduardo Monarez, Strategic Advisor and Director, Defense Cyber Programs at Pacific Northwest National Lab. Christopher Lindner, MCA, served 28 years in the Army, retired as a Colonel in 2020. Bachelor of Nursing from Lander University, Masters in Healthcare Administration from Baylor, Masters in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College.
