ReadyOne’s hardworking, professional staff brings compassion and experience to every call and project. Our contact center staff includes AbilityOne-certified individuals with significant disabilities. We also actively recruit veterans and veterans with disabilities for our call centers, garment manufacturing, and corrugated and 3PL divisions.
Our Executive Team
The Roicom executive team boasts years of experience in finance, business management and human resources. Their service and expertise have been applied to both the public and private sectors, from companies ranging from Fortune 500 giants to regional nonprofit organizations. President and CEO Luis Alvarez assumed leadership of Roicom in November of 2017. Our other executives include Vice President and CFO Michael Mason, Roy Scheifner, Business Management Commercial Operations, Loretta Hemsworth, Director of Corrugated Products and Third Party Logistics, and Rolando Alvarez, Assistant Director of Human Resources.
Our Board of Directors
The active and engaged board members of Roicom bring a diverse set of skills to the table from service in both the public and private sectors. Robert Rockey, former president of Levi Strauss and Co serves as chairman of the board. Other board members include Carmen Arrieta-Candelaria, CPA, CGFM, Deputy Superintendent for Finance and Operations for the El Paso Independent School District (EPISD), and Marina Ardovino, co-owner and Vice President of Ardovino’s Desert Crossing and Gary Hedrick, past president and CEO of El Paso Electric Company.
